As you may have noticed, there is a relatively significant visual change this year, something that hasn't happened for almost 20 years... The introduction of a brand new B-Tech logo and updated brand styling to match. Our heritage is something we are really proud of here at B-Tech. With 52 years of experience under our belt and multiple staff members approaching their 15 and 20-year work anniversaries, longevity is an attribute we rate highly, and we only change a winning formula when we feel that the time is right. From a branding perspective, that time is now. So out with the old, in with the new... Our 50th anniversary less than two years ago gave us a chance to look back on where we had come from and look forward to where we were heading. During this period of reflection, it became clear that, aside from the people, B-Tech was a very different company than the one that had existed decades prior. We had moved away entirely from the retail business and focused solely on pro AV. This shift in focus was a catalyst for the development of key areas of our business, particularly in product development. Here, we became much more dynamic to ensure that the technical ability of our products kept pace with the rapid progression of the modern, high-tech pro AV industry. On the service side, our support levels became all the more important; providing the highest level of technical know-how to support customer projects is paramount to the way that we operate. So, our new logo reflects today's modern version of B-Tech AV Mounts and the technical industry we operate in. You will see it in use fully and also, at times, as a solitary "B". Setting high standards and meeting customer expectations is our top priority. To support this, we offer our B-Tech guarantee... Warranty Most of B-Tech's products are available with a minimum 5-year guarantee as standard, and up to 10-years on many key products in the range. The guarantee is against defects in materials and quality, and we will replace or credit faulty goods. The guarantee applies to the original owner only and must follow all installation guidelines.
